All Chainsawlawnmower.com orders are shipped through An Post (Ireland) & the USPS (USA) postal service and delivered through your local mail postal delivery service to your address .

We pride ourselves for our ability to deliver our products from Ireland to the USA in 5 - 12 working days (monday to friday) . Sometimes delays can occur as a result of immediate product availability , postal delays or your delivery location . Please note these delays are outside of our control, however, we will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Any specified delivery dates are approximate only.

Please note: In line with consumer rights we wish to disclose that in a circumstance where a delivery is delayed by more than 21 days you are fully within your rights to contact us to discuss refund options. The value of both the product and the delivery charge is fully refundable.
